
Open Workout is a supervised, unstructured practice session where you can spend time on your favorite event,
put in some extra work on your weaker events, or just learn and improve a variety of skills that will benefit you no matter
what sport you participate in. You can work on your own, or get help from a coach.
All recreational students, team gymnasts, dancers, and their friends are welcome. Skateboarders, snowboarders, cheerleaders, skiers,
and Xtreme martial artists often use the trampolines and pits to safely master new skills. Parents and other adults are encouraged
to participate, as well!
You must be 6 years old or older to attend by yourself; otherwise, a parent guardian is required. $8.00 cash at the door
gets you in. If it is your first visit, you will also need to bring a signed, completely filled-out registration form, which must
be signed by a parent if you are younger than 18 years old. You can download the registration form by clicking the "waiver"
icon to the right. Open Workout fliers are also available; pass the word along to your friends!
Open Workout runs from 6:00-8:00 p.m. most Fridays from September through May,
and from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesdays from June through August.
Open Workout is not available November 25, and December 23 and 30.
Cancellations are occasionally necessary during home meets and will be posted when necessary.
